Reliability analysis made

Thousands of hardware companies are using reliability analysis to get ahead on the market

Every hardware company should use reliability analysis to guarantee a proper functioning of their products during their lifespan. Unfortunately, we learned this the hard way: by the time you are forced to act upon reliability issues of your product on the field, it's already too late.

We thought reliability analysis couldn't be used for our specific use case, but a quick assessment by Broadstat showed us several implementation opportunities in both our designs and processes. We even used it for various products that were in different development stages.

WHY

Our software

What does it do?

It uses failure data from field reports or lab tests, and creates a statistical representation of your system that helps you understand how it behaves. It also helps you interpret the statistical model so that you can make predictions about how your system will fail.

These predictions let you make better decisions when it comes to things like comparing design alternatives, making maintenance schedulings, validating a system's robustness, etc.

"The probability that this system remains functional until reaching 50,000.00 cycles of operation is 95%, with the minimum and maximum values of this probability being 88% and 98%, respectively."

"Of a given population, 34% of the samples are expected to at least reach 350.00 days of operation. When accounting for confidence variability, this percentage ranges from 39% to 30%."

How does it do it?

It combines statistical correlation formulas and optimization algorithms to obtain the most accurate results for your input data. This removes the need for you to learn the deep theory behind reliability analysis, as it does all the hard work for you.

It is, without a doubt, the easiest tool on the market for calculating your system's reliability. The only thing you have to do is introduce your failure data and click "Calculate".
